In 1989, a business household named Hải Nam Lathe store started with just 05 employees in Thu Duc Distrist, Ho Chi Minh city.

1992, the store moved to new location just around Thu Duc District.
1998, Hải Nam Lathe store changed it's name in to Nam Hồng Mechanical store, with 500m2 working space for 18 employees
2001, Hải Nam Mechanical Producing - Trading Co,.Ltd (Hai Nam Mechanics) officially established by Mr. Tran Van Hai
15-04-2005, the firm moved to new 2000m2 location - at 47 Highway 1K, Di An city, Binh Duong province.
